RW Carbon Project - BMW F95 X5M Competition

RW Carbon is proud to introduce the newest addition to the fleet, our 2020 BMW F95 X5M Competition in Toronto Red. This is RW Carbon’s first SUV and it is one that definitely packs a punch. With over 600 horsepower, this SUV is definitely not your average grocery hauler.

This X5M started its life in a small dealership Colorado where it was then shipped to the RW Carbon's facility here in Southern California. We definitely have some interesting plans for this car including a full RW Signatures carbon fiber kit and much more. Check back periodically to see some updates. Considering the RW Carbon fleet tends to be very colorful, we decided this color was the perfect addition. This X5M is finished in Toronto Red and in the sun it is absolutely brilliant.

Stage one of our X5M build was to tint those windows and start product development. We 3D scanned the entire car and let the design team do their thing. Within only a couple months are had our first wave of RW Signatures parts which included a Front Lip Spoiler, Side Skirt Extensions and a set of full Carbon Fiber Mirror Caps. These parts were made in 100% carbon fiber, making them very lightweight and strong. For the front lip, we opted for a larger and aggressive design to match well will the large presence of the car. The side skirts are sleek and sporty. They don't stick out too far that your kids or passengers will step on them and we even made a cut out for your courtesy light below the side rocker panel.

The RWS kit is finally completed and installed. That means we now have a Rear Diffuser and a Mid Spoiler / Upper Spoiler combo. Even though we have not installed the spoilers, they are a must have to complete your RW Carbon fiber themed X5M. The diffuser replaces your boring plastic OE diffuser and the spoilers will easily install using some 3M tape. Some additional CF parts that we added this time around were the Front Upper Trims, Lower Splitters and CF Fender Trims.

This round of mods, did not only include carbon fiber but also a new custom forged set of 22" wheels. These are made by Avant Garde and were the SRX01 in Glossed Brushed Grigio finish that really made them stand out against the bright red paint.

Our final step in this builds transformation was a wrap color no one would dare apply to an X5M. We took the car to Rolotech Car wraps, right here in Anaheim, CA and decided to go with this stunning Gloss Metallic Mysterious Indigo color. This wrap color might now be for everyone but it really took the build to another level and it's now one hell of a head turner at car shows. To add a bit more carbon fiber flare we also opted for the Carbon Fiber Grilles and CF Canards.
